Tina is a dynamic facilitator, trainer, and executive coach who helps clients gain the confidence and skill to communicate, motivate and lead with great impact. Her experiences include facilitating an award-winning six-month Women in Leadership program for a global professional services firm, and co-developing content for PRI Leadership including the Leading Virtual Teams in Unprecedented Times and the Courageous Conversations curriculum. Tina has a keen sense of how to design and conduct programs that are engaging, relevant and ‘sticky.’ Whether addressing a room of 8 or of over 300, face-to-face or virtually, Tina makes magic happen. She leverages examples and storytelling, and makes the learning environment more impactful by leveraging her warmth, wisdom, curiosity, and intuitive sense of design. Individuals leave motivated to take action. As an ICF-certified Master Coach, she serves as a trusted thought partner. Clients value her courage to give powerful feedback and her ability to move from deep conversation to laughter. She leverages her coaching skills with clients one-on-one, as well as when facilitating dialogue sessions with teams and dyads. She is the co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity. She wrote her Master’s thesis on trust and betrayal in the workplace. Tina holds a M.A. in Organization Development from the Fielding University and is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Master Coach Program. She holds certifications in the Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, BarOn's Emotional Quotient Inventory, Situational Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Strength Deployment Inventory.
